Spare parts are supplied through both in-house and partner distribution channels to ensure the availability of critical items at tight service levels.

We understand that in the aviation industry downtimes are of even greater significance than in most other sectors, as they affect not only the productivity of your assets but the satisfaction of your impatient passengers as well. Both our on-time and on-quality delivery capabilities are at virtually 100%. To keep our customers’ AOG times at a minimum, our service level agreements specify guaranteed delivery times. On-site stock inventory of critical line-replacement units (LRUs) is available at all major hubs or partner stations. Wherever a particular item happens not to be on stock, we will make sure that a shipment from the nearest warehouse is dispatch-ready within four hours from order reception.

Through our reliable logistics partner Derco Aerospace, globally operating out of strategically located warehousing hubs, we are able to provide fast-response product support with 24/7/365 availability worldwide. In addition, we maintain EASA-approved repair stations in major hubs around the world to provide repair and overhaul services for all mechanical components and systems.
